Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags and labels
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special order items
  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Electronic tuning devices once activated

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours

Ship Item Back

Package item securely and ship to our return center with RMA number visible

Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain items

Warranty & Defective Items

Manufacturer Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty ranging from 1-3 years depending on the item. Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Premature wear under normal use conditions
  • Fitment issues due to manufacturing tolerances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Document damage with photos immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping
  • No return shipping charges for defective items
